  4. WordWeb is a powerful thesaurus/dictionary.
  5. It can be used from many word processors or
  6. on its own.

  8. In addition to displaying sense 
  9. definitions and synonyms, WordWeb can
  10. also find sets of related words including

  12.   Antonyms   - Words opposite in meaning, 
  13.                e.g. bright/dull
  14.   Hypernyms  - Less specific words,
  15.                e.g. jungle/forest 
  16.   Hyponyms   - More specific words,
  17.                e.g. forest/jungle 
  18.   Meronyms   - Words which denote a part,
  19.                e.g. tree/forest
  20.   Holonyms   - Words for a collection, 
  21.                eg. forest/tree

  23. WordWeb allows you to filter the synonyms
  24. by sense and by part of speach.

  26. WordWeb matches case of synonyms, e.g. 
  27. search for "pulpits" and WordWeb finds 
  28. "podia", "rostra", "ambos", etc, search 
  29. for "pulpit" and you will get the singular 
  30. synonyms.
